First screened in February 2016
Director: John Farrow. Cast: John Wayne, Geraldine Page, Lee Aaker, Michael Pate, Rodolfo Acosta, Ward Bond, Paul Fix, Tom Irish, Leo Gordon. Screenplay: James Edward Grant (based on the story "The Gift of Cochise" by Louis L'Amour).

Twitter Capsule: 3D color Western with odd politics. So many subplots, lazily treated. Steps into six pairs of pants but pulls none of 'em up.

VOR:   3D was reluctantly applied; I saw it in 2D and doubt it makes much difference. Page's debut, but not quite an auspicious one. Quasi-renegotiated politics around Native Americans.
